or How Sir Knight Saved the Village
There's a very real element of Don Quixote in this tale, though it's certainly more hopeful than that story of senility. Very enjoyable read.
I've yet to read Don Quixote, but I saw a scene mentioned in a medieval book, which I must confess was the inspiration behind Sir Knight.
I couldn't help thinking of the real Lord Buckethead when I read this delightful little story.

Good story, I liked it.
Thanks, I'm glad you do. I'd love to rework it, get it illustrated, and turn it into a children's picture book, though I think I've already said that.
Cela sounds like a great idea! Do so!
That was a very charming and funny story! I quite enjoyed the lighthearted tone and how, while it was rather parodic, it never felt meanspirited towards Sir Knight. You made me smile :D
I'm glad you liked it, thank you very much!
Fun story! 😄
Thanks!
