I'm afraid I don't know what Mr Mad is, but I do think that The Watcher might be the narrator for The Waterfall; I might have to update and/or repost it. I hope I haven't caused too much confusion with my version of The Suff.
Now that it's buried under replies, I was going to say that I began this wondering if we were getting a narration from the point of view of the Suff itself. Not what ended up happening, of course, but very interesting that it gave off that initial vibe.
