This is like a preview of a novel I'm looking forward to reading!

Awesome thank you so much! I am writing a sequel post or two, but it isn't for this post, but there seems to be interest in this one too . . .

Thank you, glad you liked it.

It wasn't intended, maybe I will. Not sure what I'd do though. It wouldn't end well, that's all I know, lol.

Or it could be a really great "heroes journey" fantasy novel. I mean, it's a powerful motivation if the only person who can do away with the evil is the one who summoned it. And there are likely to be a lot of people who would be pissed off when they found out she summoned it, but they have to help her anyway because she's the only one who can deal with it...potential for lots of conflict there!

Wow! I wish I'd thunk of this! Great idea!

👍

Just saw this comment again, and boy, I really like this idea. Mayhaps I might do something like this someday . . .

That is true. Hey, no reason why you can't use it, at the very least as an idea for a story.

Back in my twenties I wrote a couple of stories (never published) about a magician who was going around undoing the curses he'd put on people or places as an amends. It's a similar situation to what your Nara finds herself in. I'd envisioned a whole set of these stories that would eventually be chapters in a book. Never went anywhere with it, but you did remind me of that idea...maybe I'll revisit it.

You should! I have like 10 or eleven books I want to write, I have the draft of one, but I plan on it.
