Many of you are new here, and a lot I am sure have not seen the tales of my favorite rogue, Galin . I will now set them out here, including those stories set in Northund.
The first tale, The Opportunist, can be read here. Here we are introduced to Galin, who seems to be a kindly old man, but what game is he really playing, and what his is so called “dragon business?”
The second tale, The Maiden, can be read here. A beautiful maiden walks through a castle, but she might not be all that she seems to be.
The third tale The Daydream, can be read here. A foolish young woman is daydreaming her life away, and while he only makes an appearance, Galin is in it. This takes place immediately after The Maiden.
The fourth tale, Into the Mines, goes back to Galin. He must brave The Mines in order to save his true love.
The prologue can be read here. The mysterious Anya must cross an old graveyard full of Ghouls, will she make it across safely in one piece?
Part One can be read here. The mysterious Anya is missing, and Galin learns of her whereabouts. A strange name, Thalminn, is overheard.
Part Two can be read here. Galin makes his way to the mines, but the way is not easy, and Galin must fight through, only to come face to face with something dangerous.
Part Three can be read here. More ghouls! Galin finally finds Anya, but she is the sacrifice for some unholy ritual. A pesky little goblin returns.
Part Four can be read here. Galin must rescue the princess Anya, whose names turns out to be Lily, not Anya. He must defeat Thalminn in combat, will he be able to do so?
Part Five can be read here. Galin must leave with the other’s in train. But one final obstacle remains. Will Galin be able to overcome the dragon, or will his exploits end here?
The fifth tale, The Thief, can be read here. This one takes us back before Into the Mines, and we find out how Rosie got to be employed and under the fatherly care of Galin.
The sixth tale, A Brief Change of Scenery, can be read here. In this short tale we see Michael and Galin off on an expedition, and Michael wanders off, wishing he was home.
The seventh tale, Disappointment, can be read here. It is a 100 word story of disappointment and mischief.
The final tale to be included here, for now, is the story of Princess Lily’s father, the Bull King. The story The Bull King, can be read here.
